Promise Longe

Promise obtained his B.Sc in Petroleum Engineering with departmental honors from the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Nigeria, in 2019. As a graduate research assistant working with Dr. Reza Barati, he previously worked on a field-scale reservoir simulation project of CO2-WAG injection for EOR and CO2 sequestration in Kansas. Currently, his research is focused on developing a data-enabled and coupled multi-physics simulation framework for CO2 storage in fractured vuggy carbonate reservoirs. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the American Chemical Society. Besides spending time at school, he loves engaging in faith-based activities and playing soccer.
