Nazirah Mohd is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering, with a Geology minor. She is currently working with Dr. Barati in studying the application of Polyelectrolyte Complex Nanoparticles (PECNP) to modify wettability of carbonate reservoirs. Originally from Malaysia, Nazirah will be graduating in May 2018. With her interest in reservoir engineering, Nazirah’s future plan is to get into the oil and gas industry as a reservoir engineer before continuing her Master’s Degree. She is also actively involved in student organizations such as the Society of Petroleum Engineers the KU Chapter, etc. Her passions in photography makes her enjoy taking pictures during her free time.
